Kashmir Institute of International Relations (KIIR) organized a training workshop on Disaster Management, effective communication & leadership skills at Bagh AJK for the students from various departments of Women University Bagh AJK (WUBAJK).
To push forward with peace building, KIIR will work with a mix of participants from the previous year and new participants this year with a mix of politically affiliated youth and IDPs.

The purpose of the session was intended to strengthen the capacities of students in order to utilize their potential to understand the conflict based disaster management because they are living in the specific zone where the lives across the LoC are marginalized due to the separation of the families.
