  3. Human Rights – Monitoring the violation of civil liberties, fundamental democratic and human rights in Kashmir.
  4. Sustained engagement – Engaging regional and international institutions to support the sustenance of the peace process.
  5. Collaboration – Cultivating strategic partnerships with local and international interest groups in finding solutions to the disputes.
  6. Facilitation – Supporting Kashmiri stakeholders in capacity building efforts.
